Curtain Walling, Unitised Systems and Windows

CCL facades are an approved installer of leading curtain walling systems. Our range of solutions includes capped, structural bolted, silicone glazed, aluminum windows, shop fronts, and unitised systems, all of which can be tailored to suit any project's needs.

We understand both the benefits and challenges of curtain walling and the design requirements related to thermal expansion and contraction, thermal efficiency, building sway and movement, and water diversion. Our pre-construction team is meticulous in their approach to providing a comprehensive design solution to support our delivery onsite. 

Reclad

To meet the demands of façade remediation, CCL Facades reclad division works alongside clients to safely remove non-compliant materials and replace them with a non-combustible alternative. We have the ability to operate as a standalone subcontractor or a principal contract. We understand the logistical challenges associated with live buildings. Our management teams have experience with façade remediation including access and material distribution solutions.  

CCL Facades works closely with a number of specialist fire consultants to provide intrusive investigations to support building owners in developing viable façade solutions.

Our Façade’s quality control systems support robust installations with full digital records offering transparency to our clients providing a permanent record of works completed. 

A2 Spandrel Panels

Designed and developed in the UK, CCL Facades manufactures and supplies a range of tested A2 spandrel panels, including, glass-faced and aluminium-faced panels. Speedpanel A2® grew out of our experience in developing large-scale façade solutions. With further changes in building regulations, it has become evident that there is an increasing need for A2-rated spandrel panels that do not compromise on key requirements including, thermal performance, durability, and ease of installation.

Speedpanel’s A2 spandrel panels are compliant with current fire and thermal building regulations whilst providing design flexibility and an aesthetic choice that meets the different needs of specifiers, installers, and building owners/ occupiers.
