CCL Facades has completed the external envelope at Schneider Electric’s new expanded manufacturing facility in Scarborough, a landmark £42 million development that supports continued growth of advanced manufacturing in Yorkshire.
Delivered by Caddick Construction in partnership with Caddick Developments, the project showcases a strong collaborative approach across the wider Caddick Group, with CCL Facades playing a key role in delivering the building’s external envelope.
Appointed by Caddick Construction, CCL Facades was responsible for the design, supply and installation of aluminium glazing systems across the facility, including windows, curtain walling and doors. The facade has been designed to support the building’s performance requirements while enhancing its clean, modern appearance.
