      Managing Director

      Tony began his career as a trainee engineer and has built over 30 years of director-level experience in the façade sector, delivering high-profile projects for Tier One Contractors. He now leads our Façade Division, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

      A long-term façade professional, Tony specialises in innovation and collaboration. He builds expert teams in façade design, manufacture, and construction management, helping clients bring their visions to life. From budget guidance to the delivery of award-winning structures, Tony ensures projects stay at the cutting edge of façade innovation.

    • Mark Kearney

      Commercial Director

      With nearly 30 years’ industry experience, Mark provides commercial leadership across CCL Facades and Caddick Civil Engineering. As Commercial Director, he drives strategies that align with each business’s growth objectives and operational goals.

      Mark’s focus on creating efficiencies, fostering collaboration, and strengthening internal systems ensures both businesses are well positioned for sustainable expansion. By optimising work-winning and project delivery processes, he supports long-term growth while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

      Business Development Manager

      With over 20 years of expertise in the façade industry, Richard is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping drive sustainable growth for the CCL Facades business.

      As Business Development Manager, he leads strategic initiatives to expand the company’s market presence, collaborates closely with clients to understand their needs, and ensures tailored solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively. Richard also works across internal teams to align operations with business goals, helping CCL Facades maintain its reputation for excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

    • Nick Ramsey

      Operations Manager

      Nick began his career in construction as a Project Manager. After 17 years in the industry, he transitioned into operations and now oversees the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and performance of building façades, managing projects from inception through to completion.

      As a pre-construction and operations specialist, Nick coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and drives operational efficiency across all stages of a project. He works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver tailored façade solutions that meet budget, timeline, and performance goals, while proactively resolving challenges and implementing best practices to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

    • Neil Critchley

      Commercial Manager

      Neil began his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has built over 28 years of commercial experience in many sectors within the construction industry, from being a site based quantity surveyor to director level. Helping in delivering high-profile projects for Major Banks, Government, Local Authorities & Tier One Contractors across the UK and abroad. He now represents CCL Facades as a Commercial Manager ensuring every project is delivered safely, commercially, and thriving to work to the highest standard.

      A long-term commercial professional, Neil specialises in contract & commercial management and collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

      Pre Construction Manager

      Mike began his career in the façade industry in 1999 as a design draughtsman, progressing to his current role through the continued success of numerous projects. With over two decades of experience, he brings a deep understanding of façade design, planning, and delivery to every project he oversees.

      As Pre-Construction Manager, Mike is responsible for managing all pre-construction and design activities from inception through to completion. He coordinates design teams, liaises with clients and consultants, and ensures that every project is planned accurately, meets budget and timeline requirements, and adheres to quality and regulatory standards. His meticulous approach and collaborative leadership ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
