The primary role is to manage project opportunities within the scope of their Bid Team, from initial development of Client relationships, through identification of suitable schemes and the pricing, negotiating and securing of work in line with the Company’s business strategies and targets.
The Surveyor’s primary role is to be in full control of the commercial elements of a number of concurrent projects or assisting on larger projects, working closely with the Construction Managers and other relevant team members to achieve targets. The role will require regular visits to construction sites, client offices and other locations away from permanent offices.
We require a Façade Manager for a framework of projects in Leeds. The successful candidate will have experience in Façade Management including Rendering Activities. The successful candidate will have SMSTS, First Aid certificate, and a relevant CSCS card, communicate effectively, be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, be self- motivated, and be well organised.
